SMS / Text messaging

Torq offers SMS text messages for account authentication and security (such as one-time passcodes and sign-in alerts) to users who opt in within the Torq application. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Third-party services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms you authorize us to connect to. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We access and process data from those platforms only to provide the services you have requested and in accordance with the permissions you grant.

Data retention
